Yellow spot on front tooth?

I have a small white spot on my right front tooth. Its slightly darker than the surrounding tooth, not yellow, just off white. Ive always had this, I noticed when I was in elementary school just as the tooth was coming in. Its not on any of my other teeth, just the one. How might I get rid of this? Thanks!

Something happened when the tooth was forming. It could have been a fever or medications given.

To remove the discoloration, the easiest way would be to bleach your teeth. As your teeth get whiter, this spot will whiten too. Once you get your teeth as white as you want, if that spot is still there, take a stick on whitening strip (oral b makes them) and bleach just that tooth. If the enamel is normal you have a better chance of getting the result you want. If the enamel dips in there, chances are you won't be able to pull the color and may need to have some bonding done there.
