just wondering because i barely drink any calcium and i find that i get cavities really easily and my teeth look yellow :( my friend drinks milk all the time and even though he barely brushes his teeth (disgusting i know) he hasn't one single cavity
Does lack of calcium result in yellowing of the teeth?
Teeth also darken because of the foods and drinks we consume. Some of the worst on your teeth include soda, tobacco, coffee, tea and berries because of the “chromogenic” agents in these products.Ageing is also a cause and the lack of calcium is another. If you dont drink milk then try eating more calcium enriched foods or even taking calcium supplements.
