First of all you need to brush your teeth 2 times aday. That is a must. Then you must see a dentist. Oral hygeine is very important for your over all health. If you don't take care of your teeth you will lose them. Use some baking soda mixed into tooth paste and brush with a soft tooth brush. You may have already lost bone witch will be painful and the line.





Call your dentist.
Reply:Some say salt or even pepper to brush your teeth ... don't do it.


Also do not waste money on toothpaste that is very expensive it does not work.. the only thing I guess that works is some equipement at the dentist but I don't know.
