OK so I want whiter teeth and I was told to use salt but how much and do you have to be a certain age?

I hate having yellow shaded teeth they just look yucky! lol

I have never heard of using salt myself, and to be honest it doesn't sound like something that would whiten your teeth, my advice is to use a toothpaste with baking soda %26amp; peroxide, it's alot cheaper than those whitening strips and I think it works just as well as long as you brush regularly. Also swishing with hydrogen peroxide will help speed along the process....hope I have been of some help to you, it works for me.
Reply:I have never heard of using salt. Use Crest White Strips! They really do work. Use the Crest brand instead of the generics. They are expensive but worth it.
Reply:you can actually rinse with peroxide. use only like a cap full and did does work but keep a glass of water near by to rerinse with cause it leaves an awful after taste.
