Help me make my teeth white...!?

I have recently bought an Extra Whitening "Crest" toothpaste. But as the pharmacist said I use it 3 times a week only. And regularly I use "Aquafresh" toothpaste.


I don't say my teeth are yellow, but they are not white... I have to make them whiter, in only 1 month....


Now, please help me, should I use salt, or anything else??

use salt over ur toothpaste. regularly. this works wonders!!! results show up in 3-4 days..

use baking soda and a little bit of peroxide to brush your teeth..don't swallow it!!!

Reply:Buy crest whitening trays i guess. my friend says they work really fast.
Reply:baking soda alone will whiten your teeth, you can add a little peroxide to the baking soda but I would suggest you do very little amount because peroxide is not that great for your teeth and will make your teeth very sensitive after using it for a while. Alternate between the regular toothpaste and the baking soda, and every now and then add some peroxide to it!
