Whitening my Teeth ?

Ok I'm 16 years old and after I got my braces off I notcied that my teeth were yellow and I want to make my teeth a little whiter. There are many productss out there but there are 3 ways I'm thinking about. Crest Whitestrips, Crest Night Effects, and using Hydrogen Peroxide after your brush. Which one should I do and will work the most. Also I dont want to damage my teeth so which one would be the healthiest ?

Whitening my Teeth ?
consulting a dentist is the best way to be able to choose the best, safe and effective teeth whitening system. he may recommend you a good teeth whitener that contains good quality ingredients that will not harm teeth and gums. some teeth whitening kits contain harmful ingredients that can cause gum problems.

stained teeth are caused by the foods and drinks that you consume that can possibly discolor teeth like red wine, tea, coffee, colas and chocolates and more. it is best that you refrain from consuming them. if not, then you can use a straw when drinking. proper brushing and flossing will help remove stains after eating. visit http://www.maximumteethwhitening.com for more tips on how to whiten teeth.
Reply:the best treatment would be a visit to your dentist...he whitens like no product can...but if u dont wanna pay that much, ill suggest the crest white strips... usually they r not very good if u have unstraight teeth...but since u got braces i guess they must be pretty straight...so go for that...unless u have a retainer....if u do then ur out of my competence area....
Reply:Listerine's Pre-brush Whitening Mouth Wash. :D

You use it before every brush and within a few weeks of everyday use you will notice a whiter smile. I use it all the time and I've never had enamel damage....

Also use Crest Whitening toothpastes...
Reply:i would use these: http://www.dentist.net/crestwhitestrips....

i bought those from my dentist a couple of years ago and they worked amazing. he actually just sells those instead of doing the expensive stuff because he said those give the same results and he doesn't have to charge his customers a couple hundred bucks.
Reply:the healthiest would be to go to your dentist and get their stuff. it'll cost you more intially, but once you use creststrips, you always have to use them to keep your teeth white. the stuff your dentist has will keep them white permanently. also, creststrips are notorious for causing tooth sensitivity. you don't want to be using sensitivity toothpaste at 16 yrs old.
