Teeth white.?

Well in science class we were talking about like showering and brushing teeth and in europe how some teeth are yellow and one kid yelled out..."my name and about my teeth" there not that yellow its just i was so embarrssed...i need help i'm not allowed to use peroixde but anything else oh and not allowed to use like crest stripes and stufffff. will chose best answer.
