you see i am lossing my teeth gum and my dad has already lost the teeth gum and teeth gone yellow. do got any solution like better tooth paste for me

Stay away from abbrasive stuffs such as baking soda, peroxide. Brush gently using a soft toothbrush, don't fight with your gums :)
