Help me make my teeth white...!?

I have recently bought an Extra Whitening "Crest" toothpaste. But as the pharmacist said I use it 3 times a week only. And regularly I use "Aquafresh" toothpaste.


I don't say my teeth are yellow, but they are not white... I have to make them whiter, in only 1 month....


Now, please help me, should I use salt, or anything else??

(toothpaste doesn't have enough peroxide in it to have any real effects, not to mention it is on your teeth for less then a minute.)
Reply:Rembrandt works the best for over the counter whitening. But see a dentist and make sure all is good before you do any whitening. You can get custom trays for bleaching and stronger bleach from the dentist
