How to make my teeth white and shine?

I got problem with my teeth when i smoke, the nicorine will strian at my teeth. I always brush my teeth but the strian won't get away easily and my teeth become yellow. Is there any kind of toothpaste can get rid of the strian and yellow from my teeth?

Reply:Try using crest white strips and there is a really good peroxide based cleaner that Listerine has out to use. Or you could always just gargle with peroxide, the Listerine has ingredients in it to make you have nice smelling breath though. good luck!
Reply:brush ur teeth really hard with ur tooth past until they start bleeding so it means ur teeth have gone white
