How can i whiten my teeth?
I think the best way is go to the dentist and get a clean and polish and then use a whitening toothpaste.
Reply:There are many ways, hold on while I check
Reply:I'd have to say baking soda works well you can use it in conjunction with Toms Toothpaste its all natural and go and buy one of those sonic toothbrushes they are like $100 but completly worth it my friend recently bought one and used it for a month. She just got back from her Dentists office and they said she has made such a huge improvement in the whitening of her teeth. Dont use those whitening stripes because they actually can eat the enamel right off your teeth and they will make your teeth more sensitive to cold food items.
Reply:it all depends what kind of toothpaste you have been using, how you brush, and how many time a day. White teeth can look nice although I heard that white teeth are actually more sensitive and weaker then yellow teeth. By saying, I mean its best to stick around the middle, not too yellow or too white.
Reply:Strawberries are natural teeth whiteners, simply rub them directly on your teeth or mash into a paste and apply.More remedies and information regarding your teeth at http://useinfo-dentalcare.blogspot.com/
Reply:Crest Whitestrips work surprisingly well. You can get them at Amazon http://astore.amazon.com/crest-whitestri...
Reply:Brushing teeth with soda-bicarbonate removes nicotine and other dark stains also. It helps to prevent the formation of tartar and keeps the teeth white.Log on to http://tipsfromruby-teethcare.blogspot.c... tips to have sparkle on your teeth and keep them in good.
Reply:"Few basic home teeth whitening methods, followed by people throughout the world are given below:

1) Rubbing a paste of lemon juice and salt on the yellow color of the teeth is a great method of erasing the dull color of the teeth.

2) Rubbing the inside of an orange peel on the discolored teeth allows them to take on excellent white luster.

3) Brushing teeth daily with a paste of bi-carbonate of soda with water, erases the stains on the surface of the teeth.
