How to whiten teeth?

I am 15 and I start school in about 2 1/2 weeks and I would like to whiten my teeth a little. My teeth arent yellow, but they are not pearly white either. I dont need much to whiten them and I was wondering what you would do or what you recommend.

I tried the white stips. I couldn't handle the nasty taste but if you parents will buy those for you, I recommend Crest Premium Whitestrips.

Reply:crest whitening strips....theyre kind of expensive though but very easy to find and use...the package is around 40 to 50 bucks...but it sure beats the 100 to 150 the dentist is going to charge for a whitening.....

Reply:this is dangerous but it works swish a tiny bit (like the cap full) of hydrogen peroxide in your mouth like lean forward and dont swallow for like 30 seconds then SPIT IT OUT. it works but its kinda dangerous...

I work in a dental office that's the best treatment its easy to use it and it works its a 8days treatment + you can keep the trays and do it once a year make sure to get the bleaching gel 15%.

Reply:do you drink sodas, coffee, or tea? smoke? try white strips. they work okay but they make your teeth a little sensitive for a short while.

Reply:take a little bit of hydrogen peroxide and mix it with tooth paste not the gel kind and rub it on your teeth with cotton swab. rinse mouth throughly and you should do this twice a day for about a week. it should make your teeth whiter

Reply:go to the dentist. they can give you whitening kits. my dentist gave me 2 kits because when i got my braces off after having them for 4 years, the cement was eating my teeth. so i had white splotches on my teeth and i was crying. and he felt bad. so gave me some :D
