Well, I read that baking soda helps whiten your teeth, and I do not know the proper way to do it! Do I rub it on my teeth with my hands? Do I stick my tooth brush in the container and then get it wet? HELP!( I am going to Las Vegas on sunday, and my teeth are yellow!)if u know this tip dosn't help very fast, please give me another one besides strips(i already use whitening tooth paste!)

PLEASE do not use peroxide on your teeth!!!! All that does for you is rip off the natural coating on your teeth (enamel) and opens the door for cavities, sensitivity, and gum disease. That's not a good idea, trust me.

You can buy baking soda toothpastes at any store in the world. Or go to the drug store and get a teeth whitener but whatever you do, not straight peroxide. Good luck!
Reply:wet your toothbrush before u put on the baking soda (helps it to stick better) but don't dip the toothbrush inside the container (cause that can cause the soda to clump or whatever). so u can put a little bit in the palm of ur hand and then then put it on ur toothbrush..then brush away..i guess.
Reply:Hey try this. Pour some peroxide into a cup. Then add enough baking soda to make it like a toothpaste texture. Brush teeth like normal. This should help, and you should see improvement within a few brushings. The "fizzle" in the peroxide actually enhances the baking soda. Just, dont swallow. It's kinda nasty.
Reply:Mix it with a tiny bit of water. Its easier to use a toothbrush, but don't let it get on your tongue because it tastes disgusting. It does not whiten them, but it removes stains. They end up whiter anyway!
