Do the crest teeth whitening things really work?

Or any other brand? What is the best one that you have found out? Looking for expierence here, my teeth are not real yellow I guess you could say smoker yellow. My teeth are not sensitive, and I really don't have the oportunity to go to the dentist and ask for some. I am in italy, in the army, so I am pretty sure they don't have anything like that.

I have used Crest Whitening Strip for years now and am always happy with the results. I use them twice a year, usually after a cleaning at the dentist. I also use Crest Vivid White tooth paste for both day and night. This helps even out the color when you use the strips and boost the color in between whiting. An electric tooth brush is also good, it helps naturally whiten you teeth and keep them this way. Oh, I have found the off brand of these strips do not work, so don't waste your money. Hope this helps!

Reply:Not sure, I have tried it like 3 times and each time I get a day or two into it and it BURNS my gums, so they definitely got something in them! Anyone else have this issue of the burning when applying?
Reply:Yes they do! My friends tried them and their theet got whiter almost instantly, but one of them had sensivity problems. If anything they work to well, I think the box says to use them twice a day, but only once is ok...
Reply:I have used Crest whitestrips and they worked really great for me. I noticed that if i used them frequently for too long my teeth get sensitive, but i get a lot of compliments on my white teeth. :)

Reply:I've used the strips and they work very well if you use them properly!! It's a pain to remember everyday though and inevitably, you will need a cigarette badly when you have them on for the 20 or so minutes ;)
Reply:I think they did work but they really bothered my bottom teeth, not the top it was really weird. But looking at pictures I could see the difference.
Reply:I have been using them for three days now and I can already see the difference. When you put them on just do not put them on your gums; you can buy them at the chemist in Italy.

Reply:They work if you do them properly, but make your teeth really sensitive, it got so bad that the wind blowing hurt my teeth lol.


I had a lot of compliments on my teeth after though.
