White Teeth? READ BEFORE YOU ANSWER?

I don't know why but my teeth are yellow. I don't drink coffee, tea, soda, etc. I brush my teeth twice daily and the only thing I could think of is that I ate almost nothing but grapefruit for like 2 weeks a month ago. I've tried the apple thing, useing the crest and listerine whittening strips, baking soda, strawberries, lemons, whittening tooth pastes and I've even had my teeth cleaned by the dentist and nothing is working! Does anyone have any NATURAL solutions to my problems?

*Please don't suggest salt, that scratches the enamel.

I used to talk to this girl on MySpace and she had the whitest teeth ever! Like not even joking lol, they were beautiful.

And she said shes been using Crest White Strips Premium for years..

Reply:Teeth come in different shades, the same as skin and hair. This was explained to me by a very wise dentist when I was very young. He explained to me that I have an enzime in my saliva that actually makes my tooth enamel harder than normal. It also makes my teeth slightly yellow as a side effect. It is a good thing overall because it discourages tooth decay. That dentist taught me to be more concerned about dental health than appearance. I hope this will encourage you to have the same concern.

Reply:Some toothpastes claim to whiten teeth. There's nothing wrong with using whitening toothpastes as long as they also contain fluoride and ingredients that fight plaque and tartar. Log on to http://tipsfromruby-teethcare.blogspot.c... tips to have sparkle on your teeth and keep them in good.
