How long do CIGARETTES take to ruin my teeth?

Im 16 and i smoke 10 cigarettes at day, the bad thing is i love smoking, when im stressed or when im feeling down there is nothing better for me than to smoke a cigarette. Both of my parents smoke like a pack at day. I have very good white teeth and i don't want them to become yellow, do you think if i only smoke for the next 2 or 3 years from now on it will still affect my teeth? Dosen't it take unlist 8 or 9 years before cigarettes make our teeth yellow?

Every time you breathe in the puff of smoke, that takes away stress your not just causing your teeth to rot, but every other organ is also at risk.


You will start to lose you taste buds in your mouth before your teeth start to stain.


You lungs will start to fill with tar before you teeth began to stain, and just about when your liver is being in toxicated way over it limits your teeth may just start to stain.


That's got to be at least 10 years, so your teeth are safe till then.


Yet you don't care how long it will take to rot your lungs how awesome and brave you must be, to smoke those ten cigarettes a day and not worry about your lungs?

Reply:your teeth are only a fraction of the problems from smoking, how about your bad breath, yuk! how about lung cancer? I know from experience, my Dad had emphysema and used to turn off his oxygen so he could smoke a cigarette. then he died! give it up, it's not worth what it does to your life %26amp; body to smoke.
