Quickly since I have tried using different toothpaste but they have turned me down.

Reply:tooth whitening strips...i used them, they worked pretty Good...i use the tooth paste too tho
Reply:you need to use a whiting system and not just plain toothpaste. Some of the are somewhat effective, but for real results your dentist can give help with something that would be whiter and last longer.
Reply:try using crest white strips...but you have to keep brushing your teeth..

Reply:You could have them bleached, but understand once doing this it strips the enamel off your teeth making them almost see-thru. Talk to your dentist first before doing anything, they'll know the correct procedure if anything.
Reply:First of all, I hope you are using toothpaste. Second, stop drinking coffee and tea....or smoking. The easiest way is the laser treatments at the dentist. You could use those whittening strips too. I'd still suggest the toothpaste that whitens with it also. If your teeth were that way since birth, ask your mother if she ever took tetracycline while she was pregnant.....that will cause the teeth to be yellow and sometimes a greenish tint.
Reply:Try making a paste with baking soda and a tiny amount of water. This is non abrasive to your tooth enamel and will whiten your teeth. Have also heard of mixing peroxide with soda instead of water. Good luck!
Reply:usually the healthy teeth is not necessarily to be "pure white". sometimes it's a bit yellow-ish [like mine].





but if u want it more white-er for appearance's sake, try using the product which u put the rubber-like device into ur teeth. (normal) toothpaste won't be able to make urs [or anyone else] white as pure-glowing-white!!!
Reply:i am a smoker "cigs"..and i haven't found a toothpaste that will help...so, i make a paste out of baking soda, instead of water i use peroxide..works great..taste aweful..lol..but works, and is safe on ur teeth..to get rid of the taste, i use a minty mouthwash.....goodluck.

Reply:Here is a cheap and effective way to whiten your teeth; in a three ounce cup fill it half with mouth wash and peroxide, swish it in your mouth at least twice a day or even better after every time you eat. After doing this for a couple days you will begin to notice the difference. I know I did, and it is not very expensive either.

Reply:there are 2 ways that i know u can either use a little bite of baking soda on ur tooth brush once a week or u can use a little of salt, it will make ur teeth white and make ur gum stronger
