Whiter teeth? easily??

i have yellow teeth, and also flouride stains in some of my back teeth. i am also getting braces in a week or two, and i know that i will be really hard to keep my teeth white once i get them. So i need an easy to make teeth whitener, that i can make at home without too much money, because i need it for x-mas presents...so could someone help me?!?! any thing would be helpful to me!

rinse with hydrogen peroxide everyday for 10 minutes.

Reply:Baking soda apparantly works over time, using it like toothpaste.
Reply:I use it on my daughter who is 3 years old I take about a tablespoon and 1/2 and barley put enough water in there to make a paste with it.Do you believe it does wanders.Some days she fights me so bad that I have to use it to remove everything.But the baking soda makes it look as if we have not missed 1 brushing.Also you may want to cut back on fluoride also.My sister just got braces and they were trying to stain and I told her this also and she used it and in 1 day you could tell so much of a difference she is very happy also.
