How to Whiten Teeth With Baking Soda?





i have yellow teeth. i brush my teeth twice a day, morning and before bed. i have yellow teeth after brushing. i also have bleeding when brushing.





so how can i clean my teeth using baking soda? what is the routine? do i add water and lemon or lime juice?

Brushing with baking soda is good but you still need your teeth checked and cleaned and if money is an issue there are dental clinics in Colleges in most larger cities that do the cleaning for a minimal fee but it is time consuming. In Orillia, Ontario I pay $25 to have my teeth cleaned in one of these clinics.
