How could you make ur teeth look white instead of yellow without going to the dentist?

Use Crest Whitestrips!!! I have been using them yearly since they came out a few years ago... They have turned my teeth from almost the worst color yellow they can get (due to very bad dental hygene when I was younger) to the bright white like most models on the commercials...and they are only $20...that is sooo cheap for waht they can do for someones confidence!!! I have been getting compliments ever since I had gone through just half of a box!!!.......oh and if u do buy them make sure you buy the original ones in the cheap box...all of the other kinds Crest has out do the exact same thing (not one is better than the other!) the reason I say to buy the original ones is because they are the cheapest!!!

you can do it yourself, but you're the one liable if you do something wrong.. look up how teeth bleaching kits
Reply:my mom taught me to brush my teeth with baking soda after brushing with toothpaste. it actually works
Reply:I second the baking soda. Also, lay off the cigs and coffee. Terrible stainers.
Reply:there's teeth whitening products that you can get from your local supermarket. I have tried Colgate whitening paste and it works, i noticed a different even after 2 applications.

Reply:crest whitestrips, whitening toothpaste, or that wierd stuff u paint on your teeth. All work about the same. If you want really fast results and have lots of $$, get porcelain veneers. But they cost a ton of moolah.

Reply:Wear a darker lipstick always makes my teeth looks white. Go to your local Wal-Mart and get the Crest whitening stripes.
Reply:All good advice so far. Also, lay off the soda pop. It stains teeth terribly. After I gave up soda, my dentist remarked at how clean my teeth were. She said she had patients that came to her within 6 months with more staining and tartar than I had! I hadn't been to the dentist in years!
Reply:Dentist's tray and gel work best but I get compliments daily and I have used Dr. George's Dental white. You can use it with saran wrap. It is really cheap at Wal Greens. I recently started using Million Dollar Smile w/ 35% carbomide peroxide. That is the highest percentage available, even from a dentist. I got mine on eBay. The Crest Strips and toothpastes have a very small percentage.


Mine are VERY white now. Remember the Friend's episode where he got his teeth whitened and they were so white they were glowing in the dark? That's my goal, lol. The Million Dollar smile gel does say to use baking soda before and after use to minimize sensitivity but I have always brushed with Arm %26amp; Hammer w/ Baking Soda. The baking soda alone won't whiten but it does leave your mouth feeling really fresh and your teeth really smooth like right after the dentist polishes them.
