Make a paste with baking soda and a bit of water, and brush your teeth with that 3 times a day. Avoid drinking coffee or Coke/Pepsi or red wine. If you do, brush immediately after. You can buy inexpensive whitening toothpastes which vary in effectiveness.

Reply:I do not advise using bleach, or peroxide. I am no professional but that doesn't sound safe at all! Crest's Tooth whitening toothpaste really does work. Just be sure to use it three times a day. The Crest whitestrips work as well, however, they may make your teeth sensitive to hold and cold. If you want to go the cheap way go to your local drugstore. Everyone sells it!
