listerine whitening

use that a few times... it really makes them white. not permanent but does a good job. i use it ocassionally
Reply:baking soda.
Reply:crest whitening strips really, really turns your teeth white. they are a bit pricey but you can go online and print coupons for them and get them like for 7 bucks for a box. It's much cheaper than going to the dentist
Reply:arm and hammer baking soda is cheap

crest white strips are expensive but worth it at walmart

purchase a crest or oral b spin brush there reasonably cheap and keep your teeth white and clean all day and there better than the manual brush that don't clean ya grill all the way.
Reply:Get some inexpensive whitening products at the drug store, walmart or dollar stores. They work.'
Reply:I swish with hydrogen peroxide for a couple minutes two or three times a week. It seems to work just fine and is very inexpensive. Just don't swallow it!
Reply:if it is only because of coffee, and not off of natural darkening, then whitening toothpaste should do the job
Reply:Ultrabrite toothpaste. It's the only kind that has ever worked for me and it costs like $1.29.
Reply:Try rinsing with a whitening mouthwash after your coffee. I think Crest has a new one on the market. Also, Tom's of Maine toothpaste is great and is available in a whitening formula.
Reply:Listerine, and some of the Colgate Total toothpaste or one of the "Extra Whitening" Toothpaste. Brush your teeth everyday and keep them healthy.
