White Teeth?

Hi. Every morning, I brush my teeth, and they are pearly whites. But a half hour later? Yellow teeth, bad breath! How do I help this?

White Teeth?
Yes, breath mints and gum work for a short period but you have to be sure not too keep mints or anything with sugar in your mouth for long periods. This will just cause caries (cavities) and that is much worse than yellow teeth! As for the yellow teeth...it sounds like you may have slight staining. The only ways to get rid of stains if whitening treatments or Veneers. I would try the crest white strips, they work really well. Now for the bad breath....continue brushing twice a day for 2 minutes, floss @ least once a day, brush and scrap your tongue, %26amp; mouth wash (fluoride). By using Fluoride mouth wash, you're not only freshening your breath but also strengthening your teeth. The tongue scrapping helped me a TON plus it feels good. You'd be surprised how much junk gets on your tongue that brushing alone won't take off.
Reply:Floss them and use mouthwash.
Reply:Bad breath may be due to low saliva... if you could chew gum discreetly that would help increase salivation.
Reply:Try using a stronger toothpaste. Stay away from things that will get your teeth stained, like coffee, soda, and certain foods. But if you want your teeth to stay really white try whiting strips or the UV mouth guards those will whiten your teeth and keep them that way. Mints are better at keeping your breath smelling better than gum
Reply:Too white teeth look to bad when people smile or laugh. Look like to put white gloss on teeth.
Reply:Floss and use mouthwash in the morning and at night. It will help. Also try breath mints.
