Yellowing teeth?

Can yellowing of teeth with age be hereditary? I practice good dental hygiene, do not drink coffee, smoke or chew. Only rarely cola or caramel colored pop.

Yellowing teeth?
It's probably more likely that the foods you are eating are staining your teeth over time. No matter how well and often you brush, without whitening your teeth, they will get yellow. Anything you eat that can stain your shirt, will stain your teeth. Try pre- brush whitening rinses. It's fast and safe on your teeth. You could also try over the counter whitening kits, those work pretty well too, though your teeth might get sensitive for a little while after using it. If all else fails, get your teeth professionally whitened if it bothers you a lot.
Reply:just buy some pre brush whitening rinse or some crest white strips. it does come with age.
Reply:it can just be how your teeth are

try crest white strips or somthing like that maybe?
Reply:Yes it can....If you dont do all these things to harm your teeth then you will have good teeth down the road....But as you get older in age watch the paste that you put on your teeth cause as you get older your teeth attend to get frail from the acid in the paste....so just watch what chemicals that you put on your teeth.......
Reply:i worked with a woman who looked like a ear of corn when she smiled. she got some tooth paste %26amp; brush and waalaaa bright healthy looking teeth. but i dont know what your problem is that caused yours tho.
Reply:Yes, it can be hereditary, but you can lighten them.

Use a in home bleaching kit, or crest white strips.

Also, mix your mouthwash with 1/2 hydrogen peroxide and 1/2 mouthwash. Swish - it's healthy and whitens between the teeth too.
