Yellowish Teeth?

Okay, so before i started drinking coffee my teeth were very white. Since i realized my teeth were getting yellow i quit drinking coffee. But now I'm stuck with these yellow teeth. I can't get rid of them. And yes I do brush my teeth. And I've tried whitening tooth paste... it got a bit whiter but not much.

Okay so to narrow it all down... I need an extremely good working, inexpensive, and something that is available in a store in Edmonton, Alberta. I Dont like shopping online.

Yellowish Teeth?
Here are many ways that you can whitening your teeth!

For home remedies.

Mix baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to form toothpaste. Brush the teeth regularly with this paste. It will remove all stains in a month.

Use bicarbonate of soda 5 minutes before brushing the teeth with normal toothpaste in the morning. This is a good home remedy for teeth whitening.

Rubbing the bark of walnut tree on the teeth helps in removing all stains from the teeth.

Strawberries are considered natural teeth whiteners. Rubbing the teeth with strawberries daily will remove all the stains.

If you would like a suggestion on tooth whitening gel, here's something for you!

Crest Night Effects Whitening Gel (about $18.00) allows you to remove stains while you sleep. The tooth whitening system has a fresh, wintergreen flavor. After fourteen days of sleeping with this product on your teeth, you will wake up to a vibrant smile. You should see results in two days, although there are reports of tooth whitening results in one night

Reply:Try colgate whitening stripes
Reply:I drink coffee and smoke and found that none of the OTC products do that much, not whitening strips or toothpaste. I eventually paid to have mine bleached at the dentist and then have the trays to touch them up at home. Well worth spending a couple of hundred dollars as opposed to spending $30 a pop on OTC kits.
Reply:make a small mixture of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda- brush lightly ( you don't want to hurt your gums) doesn't taste to good, bubbles a bit, then brush again with regular toothpaste. You'll notice a difference immediately. Brush like this twice a day for a week or two and you will be very pleased with the results.

I have bleaching trays from the dentist, but I have a hard time keeping my mouth closed for 1-3 hours, no talking, eating, drinking, smoking.. Since I was referred to this method of whitening, Ive been very happy with my tooth color and it's easy maintenance.
Reply:Try Crest Whitening strips..

They are only like 20 bucks and they work really well..
