1. Let down on soft drinks,coffe and smoking. [if you do any]


2. Brush your gums and teeth good. Rinse your mouth with salt water.[helps your gums and teeth]


3. Brush your teeth AT LEAST 2 times a day.


4. Get your teeth cleaned w\ flouride and do that 1 time a month.


Things to never do:


1. Use Crest white strips or any onther thing. [they can make your teeth really sensitive]


2. Never try a product without telling your dentist. Your teeth are somtimes to sensitive to use certain things.
