thank you.

I brush my teeth regularly and it remains yellow . why is that so ?
if you have insuarance go to a dentist for a check up and a cleaning , then ask for correct instructions on how to correctly celan ones teeth (trust me , my parents are both dentists, proper is not what most people do)

also it could jus tbe that u havent been brushing enough

morning and night for 2 weeks, should be white ( you should see improvements by the first week but WHITE by 2n week
Reply:They are stained. The dentist can get that off...but a regular brush at home won't.
Reply:You might have thin enamel on the tooth surfaces. This will cause them to look more yellow than if you had thicker enamel. Also if you drink lots of cola or coffee, you enamel can get stained and remain that way. Some people just have naturally yellower teeth too. Sorry :( I am one of those who has more yellow than white teeth too...as long as I know they are clean, I try not to worry too much about it.
Reply:it is most likely because of the diet you are on. eat and drink less foods that cause stains such as candies and soda and more foods that promote whitening such as strawberries.

do a google search and find out more about how you can change your diet to better whiten..

an easier way would be to simply buy white strips
Reply:Maybe if you smoke,or if you had an extraction or other kind of surgery, and you ate something before it was completely healed, you may remain with some food in the space, wich caused you probably some pains,or maybe your mouth smells strange
Reply:Everybodys does not have white teeth. That may be the original color.
Reply:it may be so your toothpaste contains lack of floride.

try salt cleaning. change your way of scribbing the brurs. scrib your brush up and down and in rotatary motion. this method is suggested by dentists
