Crest and a few other health product companies offer teeth whitening. They are relatively inexpensive as well. Have you tried these products? Most people, including myself, have found them to be helpful and they last for a few weeks.
Reply:do u have dental insurence? if u do, use that insurence for treatments. if not remember brush and floss!
Reply:If your teeth are yellowing then it could be a few things. Do you go to the dentist like you should (every 6 months), do you smoke? Drink coffee/tea? Brush/floss? If you don't go to the dentist and don't brush for a good 2-3 min. 2 times a day AND floss, they are going to turn yellow.
Reply:Crest
Reply:brush with baking soda it helps and if u smoke stop
Reply:Let's begin by me explaining where your natural tooth color comes from. A tooth is made up of three layers of material. The inner most layer is the Pulp, it houses the tooth's nerve and the Pulp's color is always a shade of Pink. On top of that is the tooth's insulation layer, the Dentin, and it's color ranges from yellow to tan to brown. The third and outside layer is the Enamel. The Enamel's color ranges from totally clear to blue gray to gray. Now, when you laugh, smile and talk light penetrates through your teeth. It hits the pulp and bounces back through the dentin and the enamel. As it returns to the surface it blends what ever colors are present and when it emerges through the enamel the blend of colors is the color of your teeth. Now, there are drug store over the counter products that can help brighten and even whiten the enamel to some extent, and that is achieved by removing organic stains that have penetrated slightly into the enamel. They will not however change the deeper layer of the tooth. To achieve that you will need professional help from a dentist. Tell you what, if there is a Dental College near you, call their "Out Patient Clinic" and get an appointment. If they take your case on the fee will be either Free or very low, depending on your financial situation. Good luck and I wish you well.
