I'm not so sure it is that simple...or everyone would be doing it that way. If the whitening strips don't work for you it could be your teeth. Some peoples teeth are actually yellow, gray or opague in color. If this is the case, whitening will not work. Whitening removes the stains from the surface of the tooth, so if a persons teeth are not white underneath of the stains the whitening agents will have no effect. They can only remove stains, not change the actual color of your teeth.
Reply:Try the Rembrandt 2 hour whitening kit. It worked great for me. I also use Colgate Total plus Whitening tooth paste, and a battery operated tooth brush that both spins and goes back and forth. Before I brush my teeth each morning and night I use a mouthwash, Listerine.

Hope this helps!
Reply:white strips do work, as long as your teeth are stained on the outside (food/drink/smoke). and you have to follow the directions exactly.

if you think white strips didn't work, then the peroxide will never work. it's way weaker than white strips.

maybe your teeth are internally yellow.

if you are going to whiten properly you need a professional dental cleaning first.

see a dentist.
