What color(s) to teeth turn after yellow and can they turn back? I have a sinking feeling when I smile.?
All sorts of foods and drinks can turn your teeth yellow. Coffee, tea, wine. Pretty much anything with a vivid color. Smoking is a bad culprit, too. You can get some whitening toothpaste, or get some of those bleaching strips for your teeth, or avoid those foods that cause it. Don't worry about your teeth! Your real friends will still like you for who you are, not that you have white teeth.
Reply:use bakin soda with ur toothpast for like a weel it will help so much
Reply:they turn a blue color and then they go black it would take a miracle to turn them back
Reply:I would see a dentist if you havent yet
Reply:If they are really yellow start using a whitening toothpaste and buy a home whitening kit. If that does not work you need to see a dentist and have them professionally whittened or bleached.

Avoid coffe, tea and other dark drinks that will stain your teeth and if you do drink them try to brush right after. Also try Crest's whitening mouth wash with the above regimine. ;)
Reply:There are two basic colors of teeth - yellow and gray. The yellow teeth tend to look it and become more yellowed or even brownish with age. Gray teeth appear whiter but become more gray with age. Dead teeth also become gray. If your teeth have always been yellow, that is your basic color. If it's due to food, beverage or smoking stains, these are superficial and can be removed. Whitening toothpastes, strips, rinses, treatments and professional bleaching can whiten the teeth with varying degrees of success depending on the technique used, as I'm sure you're already aware. Black teeth are a result of rot.
Reply:Hey I am a dental assistant and I hate to say this but your teeth truning black is not a good thing at all. After your teeth turn yellow they will turn brown and then black. You need to go to your dentist ASAP! Only he can help you at this point. Good Luck!
Reply:turns decay.
