What are some home remedies for acne/acne marks and yellow teeth???





and especially for acne, is there a certain diet I need to maintain? I go to the derm but nothing is working. please help

about the yellowish teeth. mine used to be really bad. just make sure you take a lot better care of them. brush them twice a day, use mouthwash. BAKING SODA really helps. and crest white strips. =o
Reply:Crest white strips and brush teeth with baking soda(DON'T swallow!) for the yellow teeth. For acne, try paula's choice exfoliators(BHA or AHA). Also get on a good system of washing your face with cleanser in the morning and at night then apply a toner (I perfer LUSH Tea Tree) then a moisturizer like Murad. Also, get a spot treatment from either Murad, Dermalogica, or Bye Bye Blemish(%26lt;drying lotion). Try to drink 8 glasses of water a day, don't touch your face as much.
