My teeth look bad........ How to make them white????

I have very much yellow teeth...... What should I do to make them white....... I don't want to go to take treatment of any dentist....... I want them white at home only....... I don't like any whitening strips..........please help me............

Reply:Get Whitening Expressions from Crest (I used extreme herbal mint) and Plax. Gargle then brush 2-3 times daily.
Reply:Some people have yellowish looking teeth and the only way for them to whiten them is to go to a dentist and have them scraped, cleaned and add whitener/bleach. Its expensive.


You can go to Walgreens and look at all the different kind of whitening solutions they have and pick the best. You might have to try a few to see which one really works best. Go highly for name brands.


The strips might work too, but best if you have your teeth cleaned and scraped first.

Reply:I really suggest you get them done professionally because you have a better chance of them turning out GREAT! But if you want to just do it at home then your best bet is Crest whitening strips. They don't taste that great though so if you would prefer neither then brush your teeth REALLY good with toothpaste with whitening product stuff in it. Again you should go with Crest on the toothpaste. Hope your teeth get white!!!! :)
Reply:Whitening doesn't always work. If you have thin enamel, the yellow is from the dentin, which is the tooth structure under the enamel. Then porcelain veneers are indicated
