I take it you live in Europe. I live in USA and I buy Listerine Whitening. I don't know if you have that brand there. You use it twice a day. You swish it in your mouth BEFORE you brush your teeth. It really kills morning breath and even though I drink cofee about 3 times a week my teeth keep white. It's only about $5 for the smaller bottle and $7 for the BIG bottle. I like it. Try it...
Reply:if you live in india you should have a tree called a neem ?tree cut small twigs from it and crush the ends and use this as a brush and chew also ..it is free and very effective.
