No, sodas do not stain your teeth--it's tea and coffee that stain. Sodas are acidic which over time or repeated exposures (like sipping on one all day long) can cause tooth decay.
Reply:Interesting! I have always heard the opposite, would like to know if that is true though!
Reply:from what i have heard it is the carbonation which eats away at your teeth. colas leave a nasty stain behind as a bonus
Reply:it would be the chemicals, not the color(srry im not that helpful)

but good-luck anyways and i hope u gewt some good answers soon
Reply:no
Reply:idk
Reply:I have also always heard the opposite. You maybe thinking not of the staining that would occur but instead the actual damage to your teeth. Pop with high citric acid content are horrible for your teeth. Mt Dew being the worst. If you are really concerned about it ask the dentist next time your in.
Reply:I dont think so, i think they both play an equal part of rotting and staining your teeth.

But they are soooo addictive!!
